Second lesson I learned
We talk a lot about the present moment in a world that seems to run faster and faster. All of us have come to say : "Where are we actually going?"
And yet I must say it was the second thing I discovered again in the personal and spiritual work that I had to do in the past few months.
Because yes, I tend to mechanically forget it being caught by the everyday life . I'm never fully where I actually am.
But We can only be creative only in the present moment.
If the mind rushes into many possible or impossible future hypotheses or grieves about a past (or perhaps just the vision we have of this past), we cannot create.
We can create just NOW
